All of the caregiver resources on this site are free to download, print, fill in and share.
What you can do
You can download, print, fill in, keep, and give unmodified copies to family, friends, neighbors, or your person. You don't need permission and there is no cost.
For care professionals and organizations
If you work in healthcare or caregiving support, you can print and hand out unmodified copies free of charge. This includes hospitals, discharge planners, home care agencies, social workers, hospices, and support groups. No permission needed.
What you cannot do
You cannot:
- Sell these resources or charge any fee for access
- Put them behind a signup, paywall, or lead form
- Remove the Frend name or branding
- Edit them and redistribute the edited version
- Present them as your own work
- Use them to train or fine-tune a machine learning model
Who owns these
Frend owns the copyright in these caregiver resources.
We give you permission to download, print, fill in, keep and give away unmodified copies at no charge. That covers personal use, and care professionals or organizations handing them out for free. You don’t need to write and ask.
We can change or withdraw this permission for future copies. If we do, that doesn’t affect copies people already have.
Not professional advice
These resources are general information. They are not medical, legal or financial advice. If something matters to you or your person, check with your own doctor, lawyer, or the relevant agency. Some resources carry a "checked Month Year" date because rules change.
No warranty
These resources are provided as-is. Frend is not liable for how they are used.
Files get updated
We update the resources when needed. Older versions are not archived.
Email and your details
Nothing on this site is gated behind an email address. Every PDF downloads with no form.
The one place you can give an email address is the optional box on the binder feedback page. If you use it, we use it to reply to that feedback. That is all.
If you later choose to receive caregiver emails, you can cancel at any time with one click. Anyone can have their details deleted by emailing hello@tryfrend.com.

We may update these terms as the resources change.
