All of the caregiver resources on this site are free to download, print, fill in and share.
What you can do
You can download, print, fill in, keep, and give unmodified copies to family, friends, neighbors, or your person.
For care professionals and organizations
If you work in healthcare or caregiving support, you can print and hand out unmodified copies. This includes hospitals, discharge planners, home care agencies, social workers, hospices, and support groups.
What you cannot do
You cannot:
- Sell these resources or charge any fee for access
- Put them behind a signup, paywall, or lead form
- Remove the Frend name or branding
- Edit them and redistribute the edited version
- Present them as your own work
- Use them to train or fine-tune a machine learning model
